The Washington Capitals aren’t done. The team announced its second re-signing of the day – this time, Hershey Bears forward Brian Pinho. Pinho will make $700k at the NHL level, and $100k in the AHL.
Drafted 174th overall by the Capitals in the 2013 NHL Draft, Pinho played his first professional season with the Hershey Bears in 2018-19. Over 73 regular season games, Pinho scored four goals, and tallied eight assists. His only goal of the 2018 Calder Cup playoffs was a decisive tally in overtime of Game Five, sending Hershey to the Atlantic Division Finals.
