Great news, Nats fans! According to ESPN’s Jeff Passan, Washington Nationals pitcher Stephen Strasburg has signed a seven year, $245 million deal to remain with the team.
Strasburg’s contract is the largest ever in MLB for a pitcher in both total and annual average value. Per Passan, the average annual value of the deal is $35 million.
