TJ Oshie hasn’t done his beer chug in a long time. Oshie first revealed his epic party trick publicly during the Capitals’ 2018 Championship Parade and Rally on the National Mall. Since then it’s become the stuff of legend.
But with the World Series-winning Washington Nationals in the Capitals locker room and the alcohol flowing, Oshie pulled his shirt over his head, stuck the beer to his mouth, and chugged.
The Nationals posted the video to their Instagram Story.

The entire locker room chanted Back to Back as Oshie performed the trick. Oshie held one finger in the air as he completed. Sean Doolittle held the Commissioner’s Trophy in the background and lifted it high into the air.
The Capitals, wearing their red home jerseys, and the Nationals, in white away jerseys, roared in approval.
Nationals outfielder Adam Eaton did the chug in the locker room before the game to get the boys going.
Monday afternoon, the Capitals posted a highlight video from the game and included a short clip of Oshie downing the beer.
