When TJ Oshie re-signed with the Capitals this summer, he noted stability for his family as a reason for signing the eight-year deal that Washington offered. (Of course, $46 million wouldn’t be a downside either.) With that in mind, the Oshies took a big step towards calling Washington home this fall.
TJ and Lauren closed on a $5.2 million house in McLean on November 1, acccording to Sara Gilgore of the Washington Business Journal. The Oshies were sold the house by Ray Ritchey, a Washington-area real estate mogul whose family has lived in the house for the past 21 years.
