Alex Ovechkin is officially back in DC. And more importantly, Ovi’s son Sergei is back to scoring on the family’s regulation size net in the driveway.
Ovi posted Ovi Jr.’s goals on his backhand to his Instagram Story, Thursday morning.
All that’s missing from this video is Blake in goal.
The Ovechkin family has been at their Miami beach home since late April to prepare for the arrival of their second child, who was delivered by their Southern Florida OBGYN. Ilya Ovechkin arrived on May 27. Since then, Ovechkin has prepared for a possible resumption to the season while also do important yard work, like removing a large lizard from their pool.
Ovechkin joins Nicklas Backstrom, Dmitry Orlov, Martin Fehervary, and Vitek Vanecek who have all returned to DC this week.
