Connor McMichael started off the scoring in the Canada-Finland WJC semifinal game, Saturday.
McMichael’s tally began a four-goal first period for Canada, which included three goals in the first 3:55 of the game. It was the most goals Finland had given up all tournament long.

McMichael celebrated by going to one knee and pumping his fist multiple times.
1:17 later, Alexis Lafreniere, the likely first overall pick of the 2020 NHL Draft, scored on his backhand.
