The Washington Nationals have some new hardware to go along with the Commissioner’s Trophy.
WWE executive and 14-time world champion Triple H gifted the Washington Nationals with a custom WWE championship belt to celebrate their World Series win, just as he did for the Capitals after they won the Stanley Cup in 2018.
The belt features the Washington Nationals logo on specially customized side plates.

Outfielder Victor Robles posted a photo to his Instagram stories of him wearing the championship belt over one shoulder, much like Devante Smith-Pelly did when the Capitals received their own.

During the Nationals championship parade, Max Scherzer also took a turn with the belt, raising it above his head as gathered Nationals fans went wild.

It’s just one more way that the Nationals’ celebrations are paralleling the Caps. We can’t wait to see what else the Nats celebrations bring.
