After suffering a concussion due to a blindside hit from Ryan Reaves, Tom Wilson returned to practices Tuesday, albeit in a baby blue no-contact sweater.
Wednesday morning, Wilson donned a red jersey, meaning he could handle full contact again.

If Wilson can fully recover and be cleared this week, he could play as early as Friday against the Carolina Hurricanes.
Tom Wilson is on the ice in a red jersey, meaning he should be full go today. Caps could have a completely healthy forward corps for just a second time all season when they play Carolina on Friday.

Wilson has missed 19 games this season, thanks to a combination of his 16-game suspension for a hit on Oskar Sundqvist and now three games due to his recent injury.
Wilson currently is one of the top players in the league in goals per game.
