Washington Capitals teammates Alex Ovechkin and Evgeny Kuznetsov worked out together with Ovechkin’s personal trainer Pavel Burlachenko on Monday. All three were at Ovechkins Northern Virginia home. The two Russians are training together despite “stay at home” orders issued by Virginia Governor Ralph Northam.
The video was posted by Ovechkin’s wife Nastya from the window of their home. Kuznetsov can be seen giving Pavel a pound after performing some ab exercises.

Washington Capitals’ Training Camp is only a few weeks away and on Tuesday, Alex Ovechkin jumped back on the ice for a skating session with his personal trainer Pavel Burlachenko.
Ovechkin wore a Dynamo Moscow jersey as he took laps around the KHL team’s training facility near Moscow.
Washington Capitals Training Camp is now less than a month away and begins on September 12. Capitals roster players and prospects around the globe are feeling the pressure and warming up their new gear as they begin to ramp up their offseason workouts.
On Tuesday, social media provided a thorough snapshot of what the Capitals, including the team’s captain, were up to as they prepare for the 2019-20 season.
Spoiler alert: they’re all working really, really hard.
