The NHL’s 32nd franchise, the Seattle Kraken, finally revealed its name on Thursday.
On the team’s website, the Kraken revealed its new logos and its color scheme as well as its first jersey design.
The Kraken’s inaugural home jersey is primarily navy blue in color and has light blue stripes on the arms and waist. The team’s S logo, inspired by the Seattle Metropolitans sits boldly in front as the crest.
The team’s secondary logo, which features an anchor and the Seattle Space Needle, sits on the shoulder.
The numbers come in light blue.
Here’s how the white away jersey should look like for the team.

The team is not selling their jerseys yet as it’s just now going into production, but are offering RELEASE THE KRAKEN merchandise in an online store.
“We are excited to have jerseys that will be available for purchase close to when the team is announced and around the Expansion Draft,” an Adidas Hockey representative said in an interview. “We’ll have other products for fans to buy in August with the marks.”
