James Holzhauer shouts out Vegas Golden Knights in Jeopardy GOAT tournament

The TV trivia show Jeopardy is currently hollding it’s Greatest Of All Time tournament between Ken Jennings, Brad Rutter, and James Holzhauer. Holzhauer, a professional gambler from Las Vegas,  is a loud and proud fan of the Vegas Golden Knights. To make that point perfectly clear, James worked the Knight’s V logo into his name during one of Thursday’s games.

Just so the Knights would notice him, James tweeted them on Twitter today.

Notice the M in James was drawn like the V in the helmet logo.

Whereas the J in James looks a bit like the wordmark of the Washington Capitals, who defeated the Golden Knights in the 2018 Stanley Cup Final by the way.

The prime-time tournament has been a ratings success for ABC. After two days of games, James and Ken are tied with one win each. The first contestant to win three games will be named the Greatest Of All Time. Jeopardy host Alex Trebek, a hockey fan from Canada and one-time Caps supporter, has been living with pancreatic cancer since March 2019. Trebek has been very candid about his condition, mostly recently discussing his illness on Good Morning America.

The tournament continues tonight at 8 PM. There’s no Caps game on. Watch with us, root against James, and hang out with Alex some more.
