Alex Ovechkin is currently vacationing in Turkey with his family and friends and he’s having a blast. From playing charades with a blow-up doll to wearing matching outfits with Ovi Jr., Ovechkin’s having another oustanding summer.
Sunday, Ovechkin took his summer escape more literally, by trying to fly away while flyboarding.

This looks incredibly fun. He looks like Iron Man.
Flyboarding is a newish beach activity. The board works by shooting out water from tubes underneath a rider’s feet. A long fire hose connects the board to a jet ski which powers the board and sends the person, in this case, a Stanley Cup champion and future Hall of Famer, soaring up to 20 feet into the air over the ocean.
Ovechkin also went flyboarding during his summer vacation in 2016 and got really, really high in the air.
