Much like the C-O bond in the carbon monoxide molecule, or maybe peanut butter and jelly, Leni Oshie and carbohydrates are one of the strongest bonds on the planet.
If Lauren Oshie posts an Instagram video of the Oshie family at an Italian restaurant, the chances of us getting a small glimpse of Leni digging into a large plate of pasta is very high. We were lucky to witness the pure pageantry of this ritual once again on Sunday night.

I just have so much joy watching this.
This is not the first time we’ve received joy through watching Leni navigate her way through some delicious Italian food. I also have a strong feeling it won’t be the last. The moral of this story is a simple one. Find the thing you love in life and embrace it. Leni Oshie is a role model.
