Capitals players’ significant others have a new accessory to go along with their new playoff blazers: their mans’ faces as pins.
Nastya Ovechkina posted a picture on Instagram rocking an Ovi face heart button and the necklace the wives and girlfriends received at the championship ring ceremony.
The pins were made by Katrina Connolly, who posted a photo of the enamel-style pins, each with a players’ face on it. The pins were attached to paper backing labeled with each woman’s name.
Many of wives and girlfriends shared pictures of the button gracing their new tweed garb.
