Lars Eller re-joins the lineup after suffering undisclosed lower-body injury

During Sunday’s bout with Boston, third line center Lars Eller was held out of the lineup after suffering an undisclosed lower-body injury against the Calgary Flames.

At Monday’s practice, Eller fully participated with the team and slotted back onto the third line.

According to both the player and Capitals head coach Todd Reirden, Eller’s status for the Capitals game against the Vancouver Canucks will be determined to how he feels Tuesday.

Sunday’s game against the Bruins was the first game Eller has missed all season.

Besides the addition of Eller, there appear to be no big changes to the lines.

Against Boston, Reirden benched Evgeny Kuznetsov and Dmitrij Jaskin early against for stick penalties in the first period. The Bruins also dominated the Capitals in shots 39 to 24.
