The Boston Bruins put a quick end to the Caps after losing streak glow by taking the good guys down 1-0 at Capital One Arena. Losing is the worst.
The Bruins out-shot the Caps 39 to 24 and out-attempted them at five-on-five 50 to 48.

- Braden Holtby was the unfortunate star of this show as if it were not for him, this game would have been lots worse than a 1-0 defeat. Holts stopped 38 of the 39 shots fired his way and did everything he could to extend his personal dominance over the Bruins.
- This was the first victory for the Boston Bruins over the Washington Capitals since March of 2014. Let the record show that no one beats the Bruins 15 times in a row!
- Alex Ovechkin returned to the lineup from his one-game suspension and him and his line had a pretty great game. Ovi led all Caps forwards in five-on-five shot attempt percentage (66.7-percent), scoring chance for percentage (72.2-percent), and high danger chance for percentage (62.5-percent).
- This is what I watched during halftime instead of that garbage Maroon 5 and assorted rappers show. Enjoy some #HalftimeHeat from WWE NXT:

- I would much rather watch a 1-0 hockey game than a 13-3 football game every single day of the week.
- Man, that Super Bowl was hard to sit through. Lets all hope the Chiefs become the new AFC dynasty because man the Patriots are just the worst.
