Justin Williams bowls a strike in latest Hurricanes’ storm surge

The Carolina Hurricanes defeated the Buffalo Sabres 4-3 at home so you know what that means: another fun storm surge!

What’s this storm surge you ask? It’s where the Carolina Hurricane players ham it up with the crowd and do a special team celebration. “Hockey is our life and job, but it is still a game,” Hurricanes captain Justin Williams said earlier in the year. “Enjoy the good times and have fun with it. Let’s celebrate more this year.”

Friday night, Williams got out his figurative bowling ball — his helmet — and rolled a strike.
