The TJ Oshie inspired Bud Light t-shirts are going for serious cash on eBay

When the Capitals raised their banner in their season opener against the Boston Bruins, many fans got a free miniature banner. Those “free” banners ended up on eBay and many were sold between $50-$100.

The same thing is happening to the free Bud Light t-shirts inspired by TJ Oshie’s “hollow man” drinking maneuver though they may be even more popular.

At the time of publishing, one shirt listing has 34 bids and is currently going for $100. There are six days left on this listing.

According to RMNB’s Ian Oland, one seller, who put up three large championship shirts for $60 each, were all bought within two hours of being posted Wednesday night.

There are two shirts available as Buy It Now’s for $85 and $80.

Three users have also put up their shirts without a Buy It Now option. At the time of publication, those shirts have received bids for $20.50, $16.50, and $8.10.

Dilly dilly, Caps fans.
