Winter Storm Toby, the fourth Nor’easter in a month, caused havoc on Wednesday, closing schools and delaying travel across DC and beyond.
However, the inclement weather didn’t stop John Carlson and son Lucca from having fun.
Gina Carlson filmed as her husband and son combined to make one amazing snowman. Of course Carly The Snowman was made into a Caps fan, sporting a Weagle bomber hat.
John Carlson, as you can see, was very serious about this snowman.
