Caps vs Devils pregame: Kicking off the homestand

The Washington Capitals are home to wear some sweet jerseys for military night, begin their three-game homestand, and face the New Jersey Devils. The Capitals’ landed Kevin Shattenkirk before the trade deadline and tonight he will be making his Verizon Center debut.

Meanwhile, the New Jersey Devils will be trying to adapt to new squad changes after they sent forward P.A. Parenteau to the Nashville Predators for a sixth-round pick and traded defenseman Kyle Quincey to the Columbus Blue Jackets for defenseman Dalton Prout.
