After a couple of weird afternoon games, the Washington Capitals will get back to their normal routine, hosting the Carolina Hurricanes tonight at 7pm. The Canes will be trying to extend their three-game winning streak with the NHL’s first star of the week, rookie forward Sebastian Aho. That might be a tad difficult since the Capitals seem to be unstoppable – even more so when they’re playing at the phone booth. They have won nine-straight games at home and currently have a 21-5-1 record at the Verizon Center.
