For those of you that haven’t stepped outside the last couple days, the weather has been absolutely glorious. TJ Oshie and Karl Alzner took advantage of the beautiful weather by having a park playdate with their daughters, Lyla Oshie and Stella Alzner.
Lyla and Stella continue their streak of adorable playdates together which have also included a stop into Disney World, to the Zoo and even another playground.
Alzner, Stella, TJ, and Lyla first took a turn on the seesaw bounce thing…I clearly have no clue what the name of that thing is.
Also, seen on Lauren Oshie’s Instagram story, Lyla climbed through the playground to avoid being chased by her papa telling her, “You better run!”
Recently, Mandy Alzner spoke to CSN Mid-Atlantic’s Jill Sorenson about what it was like for Karl and herself to spend their first summer alone in DC.
“The team has grown a lot since we’ve been here,” Mandy said. “Everyone’s kind of all in the same life stage right now. And I will say, for the summer being here, without all of the hockey families around, I really did miss having my girlfriends and the other kids. And Stella definitely missed the other girls, especially the Oshie’s daughter, Lyla. She loves Lyla, follows her around.”
Judging by these adorable Instagrams, best friends Stella and Lyla are clearly making up for lost time.
