Several Caps fans that ventured to Verizon Center tonight noticed someone else other than George McPhee in the house. Hall of Famer Chris Chelios was in the house to watch his son, 24-year-old defenseman Jake Chelios, play for the Carolina Hurricanes.

Chris Chelios, who has been serving as an in-studio analyst for ESPN for the World Cup of Hockey, flew down from Bristol, Conneticut to Washington D.C. to make the game.
