TJ Oshie’s Wife Lauren Gives Birth to Couple’s Second Child

Wednesday, the Oshie family got one tiny human bigger. Lauren Oshie gave birth to the couple’s second child, a girl, Leni Rose Oshie. She was six pounds, ten ounces.

Tiny, Penguin-hating Lyla is now an older sister.

We were first made aware of the news on Lauren’s Instagram Tuesday morning. First, Lauren posted a photo of the couple’s new baby room.

Later, Lauren snapped a picture of her sister Ally arriving at the house to babysit Lyla during the delivery.

Around 1 PM, Ally tweeted that Lyla was about to be a big sister.

Later Wednesday, we found out the news officially from Lauren’s Instagram.

A few minutes later, TJ posted his own photo on Twitter.
