In his first game for the Pittsburgh Penguins, which was also his first game after elbow surgery, Eric Fehr has scored a goal. A shorty to boot.
On the penalty kill, Fehr brings the puck into the offensive zone. He stops short at the circles and puts an innocent shot on net. Goalie Jonathan Bernier gives up a scrumptious rebound and Fehr has an appetite. He crashes the net, getting his own rebound to score.

Fehr was still out of action when the Pens played in DC this week, but the Caps still treated the former Brandon Wheat King and all time NHL outdoor goal-scoring leader to a touching tribute video. Peter reports that he totally gave Fehr a standing ovation.
You Pittsburgh fans are so so lucky to have him.
