We’re often treated to concourse footage during home games on CSN Washington. On Saturday, during the second intermission, a mom and a dad held their adorable baby and waved. The baby was, naturally, wearing oversized pink headphones and a teeny tiny vintage Caps jersey. It’s adorable, you see.
