Auston Matthews inscribed a punny note on Craig Anderson’s stick after his four-goal NHL debut game
We all know Auston Matthews is good at hockey. During his NHL debut against the Ottawa Senators last year, he scored four goals in one game. Matthews’s teary-eyed mother wasn’t the only one feeling heavy emotions that night.
Craig Anderson, who was the Senators goaltender that evening, probably would have chosen to be anywhere else but in that net by the end of that game.
