It takes just a moment, and you will feel good about having done it, and then in a couple days we’ll look back on the data and delight.
Though it is mandatory, I promise this is not a serious exercise. Don’t fret. It’s short. You go this. Just answer on a scale from 1 to 5 how HAPPY you are to have each player on the team. You decide what happy means to you. Don’t let the bastards tell you how to feel.
