Andrew Cristall was named the WHL’s Player of the Month after a prolific November saw him post 31 points (13g, 18 a) in 12 games.

Cristall, a Washington Capitals second-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft, is riding the longest active point streak in the league with 40 points (16g, 24a) in 15 games dating back to October 19. He recorded nine multipoint games in November, including four where he tallied four or more points.

The 19-year-old winger is the top offensive player in the CHL this season, posting 47 points (18g, 29a) in 18 games for the Kelowna Rockets. His 2.61 point-per-game rate leads both the WHL and the CHL overall.

Tuesday’s announcement marks the first time Cristall has earned WHL Player of the Month honors, though he has twice been named Player of the Week. After his 111-point (40g, 71a) season last year, he was also named to the WHL BC Division’s Second All-Star Team.

Cristall’s acknowledgment from the WHL comes a day after he was named to Team Canada’s 2025 World Junior selection camp.
