The NHL announced the broadcasting schedule of its national TV partners on Wednesday.
The Washington Capitals will feature on national TV 13 times next season, including their Opening Night, home opener against the Boston Bruins on October 12.
The Capitals-Bruins game will air on TNT. Information regarding the Capitals’ local broadcast schedule with NBC Sports Washington will be announced at a later date.
The Caps will play three of those 13 games on network TV (ABC). Those games come on February 11 against the Bruins, February 25 against the New York Rangers, and March 25 against the Pittsburgh Penguins. February 18’s Stadium Series outdoor game against the Carolina Hurricanes at Finley Satdium will air on ESPN and ESPN+.

The team also announced time changes for five previously scheduled fixtures.
In addition to the broadcast schedule the Capitals announced five time changes from the original schedule:

Washington Capitals 2022-23 National TV Broadcast Schedule
ARLINGTON, Va. – The Washington Capitals will have 13 nationally televised games during the 2022-23 season, the National Hockey League announced today. The broadcast schedule includes five games on TNT, three games on ABC and four games on ESPN, including the 2023 Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series on Feb. 18 against the Carolina Hurricanes at Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh, N.C. In addition, four of Washington’s games will also be available on ESPN+, while one will be available on Hulu.
In addition to the broadcast schedule the Capitals announced five time changes from the original schedule: Dec. 7 at Philadelphia (from 7:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.), Jan. 11 at Philadelphia (from 7:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.), Feb. 11 at Boston (from 3 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.), Feb. 12 vs. San Jose (from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.), Feb. 25, vs. NY Rangers (from 3 p.m. to 1 p.m.)
