A Canadian food truck is delivering poutine with hockey sticks to practice good social distancing

The Flying V Poutinerie is a Canadian food truck located in Eastern Pennsylvania (near Lehigh Valley/Philadelphia).

The small business is going viral (the good type of viral) due to a priceless solution it came up with to deliver meals during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We will bring your food out to your car, no need to get out – we want to keep everyone safe!” The Flying V Poutinerie wrote on Instagram. “Matt will be running your order out with our sanitized hockey stick 🏒”

Below is an example of a hockey-stick delivery via Sportsnet.

This is tremendous.

Here are a few more photos.

The delivery-by-hockey-stick follows a Toronto government mandate that Canadians practice good social distancing by staying the length of a hockey stick apart.
