Ilya Kovalchuk dances in TikTok with kids, shares his no-gym workout routine with his wife

Capitals forward Ilya Kovalchuk appears to have returned home to California during the coronavirus pandemic to spend time with his family. Kovalchuk, who’s been married to wife Nikol for 12 years, is a father of four children: daughters Karolina (born in 2006) and Eva (2015) and sons Philipp (2009) and Artem (2010).

The Kovalchuks have gotten creative to pass the time.

Over the weekend, Kovalchuk’s daughter Karolina shared a video of the Kovys dancing in a TikTok. They’re not really in sync, but I’ll give them an A for effort.

On Sunday, Ilya also posted a video of his no-gym workout routine with his wife. It’s incredible.

“In difficult times for everyone, we support each other. Take care of yourself and your loved ones, and most importantly your Parents, Grandmothers, Grandfathers … VERY IMPORTANT,” Kovalchuk wrote.

“P.S. Exercise at home, shoot a video, put it on a tape. Let’s do it together💪🏻👍🏻. Tag us. We’ll choose the best 3-5 and send a 🎁 !!! #homeworkout #staystrong #family @nikolkovalchukofficial”
