The Boston Bruins practiced at MedStar Capitals Iceplex ahead of their game against the Caps Wednesday. And RMNB correspondent Miranda Rosenfelt captured something brilliant as she watched from the glass of the Arlington Rink.
After he gave up a few goals and his team lost in an intrasquad scrimmage, Tuukka Rask freaked out and broke his stick. He didn’t just slam his stick against the crossbar once. He slammed it six times until all that was left was a tiny bit of the handle. He then chucked the handle towards the end boards.

Rask finished his angry tirade by shoving the hockey net over.
This is not the first time Tuukka has gotten BIG mad.
The Boston Bruins also practiced having a line brawl at today’s practice.
