Capitals to host annual Holiday Toy Drive on December 11

The Washington Capitals will host their annual holiday toy drive on December 11 prior to their home game against the Boston Bruins.

Fans who donate a new, unwrapped toy will receive a free poster of Capitals forward Carl Hagelin. The toys will be donated to children throughout the DC area.

Donation boxes will be set up at the entrances to Capital One Arena. Fans can also make a monetary donation.

The Washington Capitals are hosting a Caps Care toy drive supported by GEICO to benefit The Salvation Army and Martha’s Table on Dec. 11, when the Capitals host the Boston Bruins at Capital One Arena.

Fans are encouraged to donate new, unwrapped toys at any entrance. Individuals who donate will receive a poster of Capitals player Carl Hagelin. Monetary donations also will be accepted.
