This makes total sense. Anti-scoring activist Chandler Stephenson, in his very first game for the Vegas Golden Knights, has scored a goal.
Taking a pass from Alex Tuch, Stephenson, who has had a famous vendetta against shooting the puck, shot the puck, beating goalie Mackenzie Blackwood, who, to be fair, plays for the New Jersey Devils, which means this goal hardly even counts.
That’s — and I can’t believe I’m saying this — his fourth goal of the season. The goal tied the game.
The tweets, I’m sad to say, are good.
STAT: Chandler Stephenson has scored a goal in every single game he's ever played as a Golden Knight

Nothing makes sense.
