On Wednesday, the NHL instagram account was taken over by skills coach Daniel Broberg, more popularly known as @db_hockey_factory. The takeover highlighted a handful of NHL players currently in Stockholm, Sweden getting ready for camp.
Among the handful of players was the Capitals’ very own left winger, Carl Hagelin! He glided around the ice, showing off some sweet skills training moves but, more importantly, he got a tad tripped up and still managed to gracefully pull off a tumble to the ice.
I have to be totally honest with you guys. Watching Hagelin get speedy on the ice made me emotional. Hockey is starting soon.
Hydration is key when you’re going as quick as Hags is between the tires.
The grand finale. He cleared the jump, but looks like the turn was a tad too sharp as he gracefully glides to the ground. Watching his expression as he casually slides around the ice? Huge mood.
At any rate, it looks like the guys had a great time with Coach and the rest of the crew.
