Tuesday at Capital One Arena, the Washington Capitals will be hosting the 2019 Chel Classic, a 3v3 EA NHL19 showcase against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
The best-of-five tournament tournament will begin at 4:30PM and will be streamed live at Twitch.tv/Capitals. Revenue generated through the stream will go towards the Boys and Girls Club of Washington D.C.

Notable on the Caps team is I_EKI_I, or Erik “EKI” Tammenpää of Finland, who is regarded as the top-ranked EA NHL player around the world. EKI won the NHL’s NHL18 Gaming World Championship tournament last year, which came with a prize of $50,000.
