The cuts keep coming as the Capitals have announced they have reassigned eight players to AHL Hershey.
All players are expected to report to Bears camp, which begins on Monday. The Caps also announced that forward Mark Simpson was released from his tryout agreement.

The next preseason game will be played in St Louis on Tuesday, and the Caps will lose it, and no one will care because
