The Washington Capitals are holding their annual team-building darts tournament ahead of their game against the New York Rangers on Monday.
To commemorate the occasion, the players got specially-designed hats to wear. It features an illustration of Andre Burakovsky getting hit in the neck with a dart.
The image is based on the Will Ferrell movie Old School. In it, Ferrell’s character manages to shoot himself with a tranquilizer gun.
