The Capitals are losers of four of their last five games, so Wednesday the team decided to take some aggression out at the FBI Academy. The team-building event, held near the town of Quantico in Stafford County, Virginia, has become an annual trek under head coach Barry Trotz.
During the day, the Capitals Twitter account documented Alex Ovechkin breaking down doors, players wrestling and putting each other in choke holds, and Swedes wearing tactical gear.
