The “brobeans” haven’t let the offseason stop them from poking fun at each other.
Monday morning, Capitals forward Andre Burakovsky posted a video to his Instagram account of a workout routine consisting of jumping very high. Burakovksky’s scores of followers were wowed by his frog-like leaps, but one comment stood out among the rest.
Teammate and roommate Tom Wilson instructed Burakovsky to “hit the treadmill in the back!!!!” Though considering how fast the Burracuda looked coming back from injury earlier this season, I think he’s doing all right in that regard.
Wilson chirped Burakovsky again a few hours later after the Swedish forward posted a photo on the golf chourse.
It’s nice to see that despite the distance and lack of hockey, these guys haven’t lost their touch. Their silly, stupid touch.
