The Nashville Predators continued their tradition of having a country music superstar sing the national anthem, trotting out Dierks Bentley ahead of Game Four. But it appears he was upstaged by a more fancy-dressed Preds fan.
First, let’s check out the anthem, where the longtime Preds season-ticket holder serenaded the crowd with his raspy twang.
Bentley, who days earlier was in Boston, sent well wishes to the Preds ahead of Game Three via his Twitter account.

After Bentley was done, a Preds fan threw a catfish on the ice. But it was a special catfish. The catfish, draped in a yellow STAND WITH US Preds towel, was wearing a bedazzled blue hat and eating a plush Penguin. Let’s call it a HATFISH.
This is incredible.

Preds fans threw multiple catfish on the ice despite a plea from head coach Peter Laviolette before the game.
