Marcus Johansson just scored one of the biggest goals of his career.
The goal pushed the game to overtime after Auston Matthews scored his fourth goal of the series – a fluky breakaway tally.

With seven minutes and eleven seconds remaining in the third period, Lars Eller sent a centering pass to Johansson. Johansson poked the puck past Kasperi Kapanen, skated in, and unleashed a shot that just squeaked by Frederik Andersen.
And by “just squeaked by” I mean it crossed the goal line with a few inches to spare.
This is the fifth of sixth first-round games that the Caps and Leafs have taken to overtime.
