CSN’s commercial promoting the Washington Capitals’ 2016-17 season is amazing

CSN Mid-Atlantic is 17 days away from their first Caps telecast of the season, an October 15 tilt against the New York Islanders. To promote the home opener, CSN released a commercial featuring beautifully edited highlights from last season.

The Caps boasted arguably the league’s best goal scorer (Alex Ovechkin), best goaltender (Braden Holtby), most creative centerman (Evgeny Kuznetsov), and most feared hitter (Tom Wilson).

Put that overtop a soundtrack of Joe Beninati calls and you have a pretty darn powerful commercial.
