In what is becoming an annual tradition, Santa Claus flew down early from the North Pole to make an appearance at the Verizon Center before the Washington Capitals took on the Tampa Bay Lightning. And before puck drop, we were even treated to a stirring rendition of the national anthem from Claus which sounded a lot like Bob McDonald.
There was fist pumping and gyrating. Santa went HAM.
What a showman. What a performance!
Now Santa, please go put in a $2k bid for me so I can win this super sweet Alex Ovechkin event worn bunny costume.
