The Washington Capitals haven’t dropped the gloves once this year, but that almost changed in the first period. According to NBCSN’s Pierre McGuire, Sidney Crosby and Evgeny Kuznetsov challenged each other to a fight.
Wait.. what?
I would really, really like to see this happen.
Pierre said that Crosby yelled over to Kuznetsov, “I’ll go with you anytime you want to go.”
Kuznetsov nodded his head and shouted back, “Yeah!”
On the TKO Line’s next shift, Ovechkin made Crosby’s life a living hell, sticking up for his close friend.
Now maybe Sid will learn to stop trying to fight our skill players.
