RIP goals. That’s the RMNB tweet Sportsnet’s Sophia Jurksztowicz used to describe the Rangers/Capitals series in a nutshell.
Video
Every game of the Caps Rangers second-round series has been decided by one goal. There was only one game where one team scored three goals– and it was the Rangers in game two. Combined together, each game is producing only three goals a game.
That’s not a lot of red lights. Tonight, the Caps will need to score three to finish the series.
Thanks, by the way, for being so geeked out by our mention on national TV. You guys are the best.
