Wonder Woman Lynda Carter is a Caps Fan

Lynda Carter, the original Wonder Woman, was at Verizon Center last night. And she was rooting for the Washington Capitals.

“Go Caps!!” Carter wrote on her Facebook Fanpage, right before puck drop. “At Game 3.”

In the background of Carter’s selfie are Bob McDonald and Caleb Green, who had just sang the national anthem.

McDonald geeked out. He wrote on Facebook:

So that’s me and Caleb walking off the carpet post- Anthem behind frickin’ WONDER WOMAN. What a game tonight!

According to Wikipedia, Carter, who was originally born in Arizona, now lives in Potomac, Maryland.

In January 1984 Carter married Washington, D.C., attorney Robert A. Altman, law partner of Clark Clifford (and now CEO of ZeniMax Media). Carter and her husband have two children: James (born 1988),[21] and Jessica (born 1990),[4][22] and live in Potomac, Maryland.

So this has to be a good omen, right? And is she a bigger celebrity Caps fan than Pat Sajak?

Thanks to Bob McDonald for first posting.
