With all the sweating under those helmets, hockey players’ hair understandably gets a little crazy after practices and games. Washington Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin has found a way to hide this as best he can during interviews: hats.
On Sunday, Ovechkin added a beanie to his repertoire. After the Capitals’ 4-0 over Toronto, Ovechkin wore it all wrong.
Ovi, you’re supposed to bend the lip of the beanie up so that the logos show.
Maybe he was in a rush to speak to reporters. I’m sure the next time he puts on a beanie, he’ll put it on right. Let’s take a look at his interview the next day.
Nope.
Somehow, just like the whole pants-over-pants ordeal, Ovechkin makes this a Look That Works. Ovi best)))))
