That black disc-like thing is the puck.
Alex Ovechkin scored again.
Twice actually. In the first period alone. The second one destroyed the net cam.
One minute and 48 seconds into the first period against the Oilers, Ovechkin’s first shot on net went in. After a splendid set-up by Andre Burakovsky, Ovechkin fired a one-timer past goaltender Viktor Fasth to the top-right corner of the net. It was his 26th goal of the sason.
A few minutes later, Ovechkin followed that up with a goal from The Ovi Spot on the power play.
Nice knowing you net cam.

The Russian machine now has 11 goals in his last 11 games. His 27 goals this season moves him into third place for the Rocket Richard trophy. He trails only Tyler Seguin and Rick Nash, who both have 28 goals.
This is also Ovechkin’s 7th multi-goal game this season and the 92nd of his career.
Dude’s good.
